All of our products are shipped via US Postal service, our standard method is Priority Mail, which, in most cases, will get your package to you in 3-4 days. We can also ship your order via Express Mail (at an extra cost of course!). All international orders are shipped International Priority Mail standard and International Express Mail Service is available (at extra cost). All packages are shipped with 'Signature Required'. Because of COVID spread and contagion concerns, we are shipping without signatures unless the package value exceeds $500. We expect to return to the signature required status as soon as the pandemic is declared over.
Important note for International Orders: We fill out the customs form for the exact amount of the product and include a copy of the invoice on the outside of the box for your country's customs inspectors. Please do not ask us to put some other value on the customs form. It is illegal and we will not do it.
All purchases may be returned for credit within 30 days of shipment. Returned product must be in a saleable condition. Returns outside the 30 day time period are subject to a 15 % restocking charge. All returns are issued a credit on account, no refunds of any kind will be issued. You may request a return authorization using this website or by phone at 320-774-1177 to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. This number MUST appear on the outside of the package.
Unless we made a mistake in your order (for example: shipped the wrong product to you), shipping the return back to us is your responsibility.
Orders marked **CUSTOM MADE** or **SPECIAL ORDER** are NOT RETURNABLE unless they are factory defective.
Prescription eyewear is custom-made for your order. We will not accept returns unless the prescription was manufactured incorrectly, in which case we will re-make the prescription. If you were given the wrong prescription by your eye care professional, please discuss with them the cost of re-making your eyewear. Take care that the items are wrapped and protected during shipment. If there is a breakage en route, it is your responsibility. We will not accept C.O.D. returns, so please pre-pay your shipping charges.
